About Us
Eric Stratton
President
Eric Stratton has been a Financial Services Representative since 1998 and is recognized nationally as one of the top agents in the country. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Eric has focused his training and expertise on the design of Retirement Strategies for the unique needs of today's seniors.
Eric states, "It is my conviction that money should not dictate your retirement lifestyle. Instead, your desired lifestyle should dictate your financial strategy. However, too often I see retirees who are fearful and paralyzed by their financial situation. They are concerned about outliving their income. Husbands restrict their spending in fear of leaving their surviving wife in financial stress.
Uncertainty about the future of taxes, inflation, and social security cause them to skip vacations and live on a tighter budget than may be necessary. Retirement shouldn't be this way. It should be an enjoyable time, where you're comfortable and secure, living the lifestyle you want without fear of financial failure. That's what I try to bring to every client meeting. We stop the money from dictating your lifestyle, and instead create a financial strategy based around the retirement lifestyle you've envisioned."

The staff at Magdalein & Stratton care about the well-being of their clients first, and work hard to make sure their goals are met and their retirement is secure."
